Since 1978 I have specialized in New Home Sales for top builders, I started with Jim Carr - at the time the company name was Westbrook Builders, and 2 days after I started the real estate market crashed, financial banks, and interest rates climbed to 18% - I know how to sell homes in all markets- I sold homes with double digits interest rates –
